Thank you for choosing The Night Train. Due to the personalised and digital nature of our services, the following refund terms apply.
We understand that life with children can be unpredictable. We aim to be fair while protecting the time reserved for your family.
1. Consultation Sessions
All consultation sessions are non-refundable once they have taken place.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session time, or missed appointments, are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
2. Personalised Routine Plans
Personalised sleep and routine plans are custom-created based on your consultation and individual family needs.
Once a plan has been delivered via email, it is non-refundable, as it is a customised digital product.
3. EU Right of Withdrawal (Digital Services)
Under EU consumer law, customers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
However, by booking a consultation with The Night Train, you acknowledge and agree that:

The service is scheduled to take place within this period, and

Your right of withdrawal is waived once the consultation session has been fully delivered.
