The Night Train provides digital services only. No physical products are sold or shipped.

1. Consultation Delivery

All consultation sessions are delivered online via video call at the scheduled time agreed upon during booking.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure:

  • A stable internet connection

  • Access to the agreed video platform

  • Attendance at the scheduled time

2. Personalised Routine Plans

Where applicable, personalised sleep and routine plans are delivered digitally via email within 24 hours following your consultation session.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at booking.

If you do not receive your plan within the stated timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

3. No Physical Shipping

As all services are delivered digitally, no shipping fees apply and no physical items will be mailed.

4. Service Availability

Delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be informed promptly.
