1. Nature of Services
The Night Train provides educational and supportive sleep and routine guidance for families.
This service does not provide medical, psychological, or healthcare treatment and does not replace professional medical advice.
Parents/guardians remain responsible for decisions regarding their child’s care.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Sleep and routine outcomes vary depending on factors such as consistency, child temperament, health, and family circumstances.
No specific results are guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to actively participate and implement recommended strategies.
Success depends on consistency and parental involvement.
4. Booking & Payment

Payment is required before the consultation session.

All prices are listed in euros (€).

The Night Train reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the personalised nature of services:

Refunds are not provided after a session has taken place.

If cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the session, rescheduling is available.
Digital routine plans are non-refundable once delivered.
7. Digital Delivery
All services are delivered digitally via video consultation and/or email.
No physical products are shipped.
8. Intellectual Property
All routine plans, written materials, and guidance provided remain the intellectual property of The Night Train.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Night Train shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from the implementation or non-implementation of provided guidance.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, clients confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
